Exterior Modification Requests
Any work involving the exterior of the building requires Board approval. If uncertain on whether an application is required, ask! Be sure your application package is complete with all required supporting information and the application form. Add pages as needed. Please include drawings, pictures, product specifications, contractor’s written guarantee and information, or any other supporting documents as specified in the Exterior Modifications policy (see link below).
Email your completed application package to TrioProperty@comcast.net or mail it to Park East Square HOA, c/o Trio Property Management, P.O. Box 208, Niwot, CO 80544.
Be cautious of door-to-door solicitors and DO NOT sign any contracts, give any down payments, or begin any work until you have Board approval!

D-Unit Owner Notice
Extremely cold temperatures can freeze D-unit plumbing causing water loss and damage to flooring, the carport, cars and neighboring units. Please take precautions to prevent freezing.
