Vote on Proposed Governing Documents Canceled. There were not enough proxies to set a meeting to hold the vote so the process stopped.  The Board wants to consider what to amend before putting the proposed documents out for another vote.  This includes reviewing all the feedback received to date and gathering additional input.  Thank you to all who provided input and to those who submitted their proxies.

Exterior Modification Requests

Any work involving the exterior of the building requires Board approval. If uncertain on whether an application is required, ask! Be sure your application package is complete with all required supporting information and the application form. Add pages as needed. Please include drawings, pictures, product specifications, contractor’s written guarantee and information, or any other supporting documents as specified in the Exterior Modifications policy (see link below).

Be cautious of door-to-door solicitors and DO NOT sign any contracts, give any down payments, or begin any work until you have Board approval!

Plumbing Information

D Unit Pipes. Extremely cold temperatures can freeze D-unit plumbing causing water loss and damage to flooring, the carport, cars and neighboring units. Please take precautions to prevent freezing. Memo on D-Unit Plumbing

Water Shut-Off Valves. Pipes burst. Toilets leak. Residents should learn where the shut-off valves are in their units before a plumbing emergency happens. Here are Tips for Locating Water Shut-Off Valves.

Sewer Line Issues. Our sewer lines are aging and those serving only one townhome are the owner’s responsibility to repair. The Sewer Line Issues Letter, January 2026, has recommendations to proactively take care of issues.
