New Community Association Management Company. The Board of Directors selected Trio Property Management for the HOA’s administrative activities. Owners need to set up their accounts in Trio’s online portal to make payments, provide current contact information, and receive communications, notices, and other information.

Catalytic Converter Theft is up in the Boulder area. To help discourage these thefts, Boulder and Denver are offering Free Catalytic Converter Anti-Theft Etching Kits online at www.lockdownyourcar.org/events. A little effort could save you from an expensive repair bill.
