Annual Meeting. The annual owner meeting will be held on 12/9/25 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Annual Meeting Announcement and Proxy was mailed on November 1st. There was an error in the date so correction letter was mailed on 11/6/25. Here is a link to a revised version of the notice with the correct date.
Monthly Meetings
Monthly meetings are held virtually on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. All owners with emails on file with Trio Property Management will receive an email invite with the link and agenda.
Owners need to set up their accounts in Trio’s online portal and keep required contact information current to receive notices.
