Please Use the Online Portal. Owners should sign up on Trio Property Management’s online portal to make payments, provide current contact information, and receive communications, notices, and other information.

Changes to Policies and Rules.  The Board of Directors adopted changes to the Collections, Enforcement and Exterior Modifications policies, and the Rules and Regulations. They were effective October 8, 2024. Note the requirement to register phone numbers and emails and keep them current to allow compliance with the law on collections. This can be done in the online portal or sent it to Trio Property Management. Please be sure you have read the documents to understand all the changes, and the rules have been shared with your tenants so they understand and comply.

Catalytic Converter Theft is up in the Boulder area. To help discourage these thefts, Boulder and Denver are offering Free Catalytic Converter Anti-Theft Etching Kits online at www.lockdownyourcar.org/events. A little effort could save you from an expensive repair bill.
