Payments can be made (for a fee) using Trio’s online portal. If paying by check, make it payable to PESHA and be sure the account number is on the check before mailing it to the address above.

Owners need to set up their accounts at Trio’s online portal. In addition to payments, it is a way to update contact information and is how notices and other communications are sent. If you need assistance in setting up your account, contact Trio.

All requests related to resales – Status Letter and Transfer of Ownership – must come from the owner or agent only and be submitted to Trio. A fee may apply.
